Another Year another Anniversary! We are very excited to share with you the various reward items available this year.
Please read the Eligibility Conditions, Deadline, Reward, and Injection Date for each Reward carefully.

This change is made In an effort to recognize players who purchased Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons .
Hero Add-ons, or Reinforcement Add-ons now combine with Hero Preorders and count toward the requirements to qualify for Top-Tier Packages!
As an Example to qualify for Top-Tier IS reward a player could have
2 Resistance Heroes, 1 Rifleman Hero Add-on, 1 Marauder Hero Add-on,
Archer Reinforcement Add-on, and a Roughneck Reinforcement Add-on.
We really appreciate the all the feedback for the 2017 MechWarrior Online Annual Rewards Program and want to make this change to acknowledge players who have supported us with the purchase of Hero and Reinforcement Add-ons!
If you have made any purchase decisions to qualify for a Top-Ter Reward, when you would have qualified under the new rules, feel free to contact support if you wish to make changes.
The eligibility status page will be updated today to reflect these changes.

- You must have played at least 100 matches since October 18th, 2016 at 10:01 AM PDT (5:01 PM UTC).
- Quick-play and Faction Play Matches Count (Private Match and Comp Play do not)

MECHWARRIOR CREDITS REWARD
Eligibility Conditions
- You must have purchased any amount of MC* since October 18th, 2016 at 10:01 AM PDT (5:01 PM UTC)
- OR you must have purchased any Steam Performance Bundle** (Light, Medium, Heavy, or Assault).
- *MC purchased through the Steam portal counts toward the MechWarrior Credits eligibility.
- **Steam Performance Bundles Must Be Purchased and Redeemed within the Eligible dates.

- November 14th, 2017 at 10:00 AM PST (6:00 PM UTC).

This Griffin Loyalty Variant will only be available through the 2017 Inner Sphere Reward program. The Standard version of this Griffin variant will be available for MC and C-Bills at a future date, to be determined.

- You must qualify for both the 2017 Top-Tier Clan Collection and the 2017 Top-Tier Inner Sphere Collection rewards listed above! If you qualify for those two Top-Tier Rewards, you qualify for the Ultimate Reward!

- November 14th 2017 at 10:00 AM PST (6:00 PM UTC).

GIFT CODES
• Reward eligibility for content acquired through Gift Code redemption is determined by the original purchase date of the Gift Code. Example: If you redeemed a Gift Code on August 10th, 2017 that was purchased prior to October 18th, 2016 at 10:01 AM PDT (5:01 PM UTC), you will not qualify for any associated Rewards.
• Rewards are provided to the Giftee, not the Gifter.
• Gift Codes that were purchased within the eligibility period, but redeemed after the period had expired, will not be granted the associated Reward item automatically; the Reward will need to be granted manually by Support services.
