I just need a little clarification for the clan top-tier reward (which is the last one on the list I would need to get the ultimate). I purchased the huntsman collectors pack after the 18th of Oct 2016 which I assume counts for one of the the two combination I would need, that being said would all I need to do then is to get another collectors pack or just one of the 6 from wave 1, wave 2, or the IIC heroes?

They are part of the omnipod, so you can have 6, 3 or 0 jump jets by using both H side torsos, one H side torso or neither H side torso. Standard arrangement for any omni with both jump and non-jump variants.

So I already bought the Wolfhound Resistance 2 pack. If I now purchase the Mauler Resistance 2 pack, does that count in qualifying me for the Top Tier IS reward? Since I'd kind of be buying it as an upgrade, I'm not sure.

Apparently I qualify for everything as thats the only bit I read so I'll have a read of the rest tomorrow. I think its trying to tell me I spent too much.

OK, the requirement to make our purchase 'since October 18 2016, 10:01 am PDT' is quite specific, and I'm fine with that. However, the record of our purchases on the Package Page is not nearly as specific. It only shows the date, and no timestamp. This is important because one of the basic packs that I'm considering upgrading to collector was purchased on October 18th. Was it after 10:01 PDT? Who knows? How can I know if it will qualify if I do purchase the upgrade?

Even if I go back and find the email receipt, how can I be sure that's what your system shows? If I'm going to buy an upgrade to a collector pack for the express purpose of this loyalty program, I need to know it'll work before I commit.

(Also, to echo a previous post, it would be great if a combination of 3 heroes plus a single collector's pack would qualify for the top tier.)

Extremely Disappointed by the Reward program,

I spent about a $100 dollars with MWO this year. I will get an Urbanmech for my reward. The main rewards are reserved for those buying collections. Buying an occasional hero mech, premium time, or mech bundles just isn't something that is addressed in this reward program.

It just seems weird to me that Piranha Games would take two customers that have potentially spent the same amount of money and give one much greater rewards simply because they bought a Mech Collection rather than a Mech Bundle.

Is the Hero upgrade necessary to count as part of the Collector's pack? I bought the Supernova ultimate pack and have the Nova Cat Collector's pack (no hero) and it is still showing me that I haven't qualified.

the nova Cat collector's falls under the **, you need 2, so you need a 2nd collector's (a different clan) for the Nova cat to count
