Micro-Pulse 90m, Micro-Laser 150m,
Do lrms have a spread diameter over 170m?
if not, you are safe at ideal range with micro-pulse lasers.
Do lrms have a spread diameter of 290m?
If not you are safe at ideal range with micro-lasers.
Maybe use your 90/150m and dont legfu.. your enemys?

I don't think you know how to pilot fast lights, or know how to knife-fight. I'm not even good, but at least I know.
90m and 150m is actually quite short all things considering, and if it's a matter of lights-v-light it's even more frantic.
And if you don't actually know -- or maybe you do -- leg humpers do instill a sense of panic that disrupts a lurmer, which is kind of the point -- you can't reliably lob to the more important enemies, which is a win. And why would you even say "don't legfu"? It's not like it doesn't work.

What was said, is that before YOU DIDN'T NEED so switch LRMs from direct LOS to indirect LOS to be able to shoot at two brawlers circling around.
And the solution is not to ask brawlers to stop brawling, but to ask PGI to remove the "low arc boost" which is in fact mostly a "low arc nerf".
But it would be problematic for PGI to just give us back the working previous default high arc on direct LOS sight, because their low arc "boost" is the counterpart they used to justify their massive indirect LOS nerfs. And if they admit that both direct and indirect LRMs have been nerfed stupid, it's hard to keep calling their "LRM balance patch" anything but a stack of nerfs with more nerfs.
And also PGI is probably too busy with MW5 to fix everything they broke in 2019 until 2020.

That's 4 LBX2's and 3 LL's pubster.
When you do that? Cause you were on Reckless' stream with a Sleipnir with 4x lbx2 and an Lrm 10, and you died in the first thirty seconds of the match.
It was a great laugh though, as there is generally something to laugh at when you are spotted in the wild. Keep up the good work being comic relief for the entire community.

But coming from Clan Mynuh Bird it's not surprising.
That's me on the left.
And please to post the stream link I'd love to see that one
Oh and thanks for the compliment.
I just do what I can.

I am so sorry that you do not possess the mental capacity to understand what slander means. Hint, when you are on video doing it for everyone to see and laugh at, it's not slander.
The clanner part is silly too. One I used to be in HHoD, and two despite being a 'mercenary' in this fictional video game, I am more accurately described as 'player'. Those little badges and other fluff are completely superfluous to me.
*I'll actually go to Reck's channel and see if I can find the video, but other folks I know saw it and the whole channel had a good hearty laugh at you, nice meme though of the two or three you have

So move behind a wall if you think it'll make a difference. Hint: In this case it would have made no difference, the lrmboat was already IDF.

I agree with you bro.

I love it when I get into a duel and some LRMer in the back helps me out.
I'm actually quite thankful that in real life nobody buys crap like this^.
Yeah, its a real shame friendly artillery nuked your position and killed 90% of your platoon private, but hey, how were we supposed to know you were like 50m away from the enemy? Dumb luck indeed.
The responsibility for friendly fire always on the one pulling the trigger and only on him.

Edit-- It's become apparent to me that a lot of commenters here really have no idea what goes on in matches beyond "put the circle in the square.". It's as if, rather than observing and analyzing what actually happens in matches, they've got an idealized movie playing in their heads about how mech combat happens. "Duh, don't fight a Piranha at close range, get some distance!"
Dude, just chill and un-lock. I've stopped locking targets ages ago when I'm within a 100m radius from them or so. There is litereally no point in arguing big-brain-weapons crowd. Just yesterday me and a light on my team body-blocked an enemy all-LRM SunSpider from both sides in a tight gap between buildings on top of Manifold so that he can't do damage. A light was then insta-gibbed by a friendly ATM boat trying to get a free kill. All that at 11-7 or 11-8 smth score when we literally had no chances of losing that match. Just treat them the same way they treat you ... He walks into my line of fire while I'm charging my dual-heavy-gauss? Well, tough luck bro.

Maybe PGI will even include it MW5, which would be awesome.
Funny thing about direct/indirect ... Ever since they've implemented it I kept wondering how on Earth PGI came up with an actually really smart mechanic, coz its very un-PGI-like to do any kind of smart thing. But then yesterday I've plaeyd HBS BT again, and it finally came to me ... Its is literally a direct copy of how LRMs behave in Battletech in LoS/no LoS situations.
