I'm a little confused by the inclusion of Clan XL Engines with the Mad Dog and Night Gyr bundles. You can't actually change the engines on those OmniMechs, right?

Packs are pretty underwhelming imo, it's neat that you get everything to make a cool looking mech designs from some of the creators for this game. however you don't get any special variants or MC while on the same page you can get a K9 and 3000 MC for the same price.

15 dollars for a single standard mech and some cosmetics is just not worth it imo. (you also get the c-bill boost item, 100 GSP and 6.5 mil c-bills from the K9 pack)

a really easy fix for my issue would be to add the 3000 MC to these packs.

I was thinking the same. However, I wanted to offer a Mech in a "starter" oriented bundle that had some versatility (omnipod) for a new player, designed to teach good lessons (torso twisting...which ill admit I need to work on myself...), and yet can still perform to a decent degree.

The engine I figure someone could use it towards a Piranha and some of it's loadouts.

That was my thinking behind the choice of an XL 145 (the engine was a part of the bundle.)

Hope that helps some of my thinking behind it.

This is a cool idea. I think the bundles can possibly be a bit more value for money than essentially 1 mech and a few extras for $15USD. Someone mentioned some MC as well.

Still a great idea.

The best part is I actually have not yet subbed to Maodebe or Violent Blue on Twitch yet and will do so with haste!

XL145 is a questionable pick.
Even for 20 ton mechs.

180 is usually the engine used in a small light. XL170 if you want to save a bit of weight.

I am surprised you made the move to partner with a content creator who uses their platform to tell us who on the other team are "butt buddies".
And not only would say it on stream, but would then look at the tape, say "yep this is good to go", and then post the video for replay.
On more than one occasion.
Of all the content creators.
And you've been told about it in the past.
But hey, it's your company and it's your community that you're trying to rebuild. Up to you.

15 dollars to get a standard 'Mech, a few cockpit trinkets and similar items and - in case of Clan OmniMech - engine that you can not use on the 'Mech that you have just bought ...

I would not buy it.

In those Platinum packs one 'Mech costs 5 dollars and it comes with the +30% C-Bill boost and a special skin. And if one buys the Platinum pack for 20 dollars, he will get four C-Bill boosted 'Mechs, all of them with the special skin.

This would be pretty fantastic if the mechs came with a hero/special mech C-BILL bonus, otherwise it's kind of terrible.

Not terrible for a first pass at this type of offering, with some tweaks they could end up being good value.
