So buying Rivals Pack would definitely be counted towards 2022 MWO Annual (Loyalty) Rewards Programme!

Unless I'm miscounting, that was 9 months ago. Have we heard any word on when the Roughneck Bolt will be able to be purchased separately? I sure would like to get another one.

Edit - never mind, apparently it is now able to be purchased. Maybe they did that with the last patch - i could have sworn it was not like that a week ago.

It was scheduled to become available in April, I think it's been available since then, but I haven't checked. I don't think they need to do a patch to make a mech available for mc.

I will ask again as maybe I missed a reply with all the excitement in this post. Why are we waiting for some rewards we are eligible for to inject in November instead of immediately like the other rewards for this Program?

1 yes is and clan, not prime. *
2 it says "owned" if you bought it already, do note that this does not happen if you bought it for mc (you can re-buy those in the store).

*edited for clarity

GM Patience confirmed it double counts.

The loyality mechs and heros available through this years rewards are already in the game.
The special cockpit item and all the (P) mechs (of this program, not those from the actual platinum packs) are not, so they require a patch. That will be the November one.

If I purchase for example 2 IS and 2 Clan hero mechs in dropship bundle is it eligible for "IS reward" and "Clan reward"?

Good question bro, bout to post the same thread.
That eligibility condition description about the 'Premium Packages Pages' and range limitation was a little bit confused.

Got a question for those of you who have been around for a while.
What's the story behind the white loyalty mechs with the winged norse goddess illustration? Was this just the art department feeling special or is there more to it?
Only the Centurion, King Crab and Atlas exist in this paint scheme right?

Similar question about the gold/bronze colored hexagonal pattern as well. Any background information available?

I'm not sure what the inspiration behind the specific patterns were for each loyalty year, but I do know that the loyalty pattern tends to be consistent across an entire year's offerings, identifying them as 'mechs that came out during the same rewards program.

For the record:
2014: (First ever Loyalty Rewards program, apparently featuring a White camo with Norse mythological artwork)
CN9-AH(L)
AS7-S(L)
KCG-000(L)
Posted Image
2015: (Featuring a persistent base camo that's only overridden by faction patterns, creating a hexagonal cell pattern)
CDA-3F(L)
WVR-7D(L)
ZEU-9S2(L)
NVA-D(L)
EXE-C(L)
Posted Image
2016: (Rainbow pattern meant to simulate "Patina", or light surface rust)
BJ-2(L)
CTF-3L(L)
STK-3Fb(L)
HBR-F(L)
SMN-F(L)
SMN-M(L)
Posted Image
2017: Patterns appear to be very nature and/or Native American inspired (the GRF pattern is distinctively Central American around the shins)
UM-68(L)
GRF-5M(L)
VTR-9A1(L)
KFX-G(L)
LBK-H(L)
Posted Image
2018: Solid Blue (IS) or Red (Clan) with gold patternwork (starburst, flower, or something like that)
JVN-11F(L)
RFL-8D(L)
WHM-(4L)
NTG-H(L)
MAD IIC-2(L)
Posted Image
2021: Blue (night sky) with white (lightning) overlay pattern
UM-80(L)
AS7-K3(L)
VPR-F(L)

Platinum Crusader CRD-6T(P) (Mech Bay Included)
Platinum Phoenix Hawk PXH-1B(P) (Mech Bay Included)
Platinum Roughneck RGH-3A(P) (Mech Bay Included)
Platinum Huntsman HMN-P(P) (Mech Bay Included)
Platinum Sun Spider SNS-D(P) (Mech Bay Included)
Platinum Corsair COR-7A(P) (Mech Bay Included)

Some feedback (my own opinion, you're free to disagree):
CRD-6T: Great version to select as a platinum variant, even for those who already have it.
PXH-1B: Mediocre selection, shouldn't get anyone to buy the IS#6 just to get this extra.
RGH-3A: OK selection, several interesting builds.
HMN-P: It's an omni, most Huntsman builds don't seem to use a So8 bonus anyway, so it doesn't matter. Posted Image
SNS-D: Worst selection of the then new platinum ones. Yes, also an omni, but unlike the Huntsman, these do utilise the So8, which has this having like a single popular build ("the" other has less armour than the Huntsman) - a total waste of a "reward" if you have one already.
COR-7A: Several interesting builds on this one, too.

Since I have only both #3 packs (iirc), I'll be getting the RGH-3A and the SNS-D.
Which feels about as rewarding as the year they introduced the - otherwise great - Solaris VII pack and then "rewarded" those that paid full price for it with the same lackluster reward as those who got the smallest possible MC pack.Posted Image
Part of this is the disappointment about the buyers of a single platinum pack #1-5 not only getting less mech tonnage in the pack, but also getting one less extra reward for paying the same as those who got pack #6.

Quick question, if I may be that bold:

Why are the Platinum Collections excluded from qualifying (not talking collection 6)? Especially since some may have bought multiple packs?

Yes, but more precisely - the camo is themed around the Norns, wich each mech bearing a name of one of them somewhere in the pattern.

You got the theme wrong - it's Wuxing (Chinese analogue to the classical elements):
Urbanmech - Earth
Kit Fox - Wood
Griffin - Water
Linebacker - Metal
Victor - Fire

Quote

2021: Blue (night sky) with white (lightning) overlay pattern

AS7-K3(L)
VPR-F(L)
Also wrong, the overlay is golden metallic, and the theme itself is based on Kintsugi - a Japanese pottery repair practice, where the cracks in the item are filled with a lacquer that contains golden dust, producing this kind of distinctive appearance.

They obviously intended to create incentive to invest in the premium packages beyond the platinum packs.

Nice!! Thank you! That explains why the Victor looked firey. Posted Image And why I couldn't figure out what specific theme those 'mechs were supposed to be following (since they were more different from each other than some of the other years). Also cool that the "Norse Mythology" theme was more specific. I didn't start playing in time for that year, and didn't start buying anything in time for the next year, either. My camo descriptions were my best guesses, with the Patina one being in the FAQ's, I believe.
