The event is bugged.

I guess that when Matt Newman comes back to his office on Monday, he will fix it.

I'll be more optimistic - he will surely fix it and then post smth like "oh folks sry for the bug, here some more cool stuff as compensation reward"
P.S. but still whole gamemode need some fix, as idea I offer make few devs play the game during events like this so they can acumulate and translate problems directly.

No Units allowed, no groups allowed in Faction Play, only solo dropping, match maker makes fair teams, matchmaker can even force you to play Clan alltough you wanted to play IS. Simple metrics for knowing who is good, win/lose ratio, kill/death ratio in faction play, Tier 1-4 from quick play. you have 24 players you rank them by their win/lose ratio and then no.1 plays team A, no. 2 plays team B, no. 3 plays team A, no. 4 plays team B, ....... all matches are random, not IS is the whole phase defending on siege. Make it random sometimes Clan is defending in siege, sometimes IS is defending in Siege. Problem of defense stacking solved. I demand this since almost 3 years, but PGI not listening.

AND

Clan and IS get the same dropdeck tonnage limit. Demanding this since almost 3 years aswell.

Match 1 is not reflecting credit earned. The other Matches are updating. It seems to only affecting the Match 1 Challenge,

urbie event is over and didnt get get to participate...bought an urbie specially for the event (you need to have 4), and the match challenge 1 is sill glitched ...(punch wall! very dramatically)

This FP event wasn't bad, thanks for it, and the free mechs.

Overall would be nice to limit FP group to no more than 4-6 but I guess you guys probably can't do that. Either way it's nice to get some drop decks on maps, adds more dynamic to the game than waiting 10 minutes for a drop then only getting 1 mech to drop in.

did you restart your game? usually you get the rewards after a match or restarting the game.

Try Restart The game. At First I have Experienced like that, and then Restarting the whole STEAM and it shows up
