The Griffin IIC has always been a personal favorite of mine, so when I got my hands on a large image of the Super Famicon game cover from way back in the day, I wanted to clean this up so others can enjoy it.
I gave it a new clean background of stars as well as a clear version if you want to add your own background.

Very good! try to increment the contrast of the finished image... I believe it will "shine".

Here is a cleaned up piece of FD's work that I would LOVE to see in the game later when we hit 3055.
One of my favorite Mechs, and as always FD takes it to a whole new level.

Here is a bit more old school unseen goodness. Modified a VF-1S Super Valkyrie into a proper Phoenix Hawk.

LOL thanks B) , more like a slow day at work, but I saw that online and couldn't resist Battleteching it up. If you think you can improve on it, I'll give you the original image to work from. I just want to see it at its best and your work is a lot cleaner than mine.

Nah... you are doing fine. Besides, I'm taking a short break of the repaints to dedicate to other projects.

Ha! This repaint needed to be done. Great work!

EDIT: yes, I think Ironhawk did a Herbie repaint on his Urbie once...

Glad you like it! And I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one who had the idea! :lol:

On a somewhat related note, I've gotten back in the habit of doing YouTube videos of my Public Drops. They are really simple affairs, a basic entry/splash followed by the match with some music in the background and finished with some end credits. For the UrbanMech, I use the theme song from The Love Bug. Here's one of them.

...interestingly enough, I find that watching a match with that music playing cranks the hilarity up a few notches.

and i think there are alot of missing ones too, i think the king crab is missing and a few others, i'm almost tempted to make a new one

Post the missing ones and I'll update the thread. There was no King Crab template by the time I made it and I did not play MWO since then.
