I think you are wrong , from what i seen at that point that kind of attitude is more likely to be seen in the IS then the Clans ,
Well, we'll just have to disagree.
Though, perhaps you could explain - with some quotations and examples -
why you think I'm wrong...?

if you take a notice that there is regular troll posts at almost all clan treats , but almost without such things in the IS part of the forum ,
Have you seen the House Liao sub-forum, or a number of the threads (which, for the most part, had since been deleted or cleaned by the moderators) in which the "Word of Lowtax" had shown a significant presence?

my simpe opinion is that Clans players will rid off from these kind of players and they will not be majority , but that will be the biggest problem in the IS gameplay , when the time is come we shall see .
How is it that one set of Clan-oriented players "will [get] rid [of]
from these kind of players"?
From what information that has been released thus far, the Clans will be run as Factions (that is, more similarly to the IS Houses' militaries), thus making the Clanners Faction Players (as described in
Dev Blog 01).
This would seem to imply that, unlike Merc Corps, Clan units might have relatively little control of their membership.
As it happens, the lack of player control over the operation of Faction units seems to be one of the main reasons behind why the larger would-be Faction units, like the FS's
Robinson Rangers and the FRR's
Skjaldborg, are seting themselves up as Merc Corps.
By contrast, the Clans canonically despise mercs as much or more than both the Draconis Combine and the FRR.
And the nearest thing they could have to "Lone Wolves" are the equally (if not moreso) hated Bandit Caste.
As such, it would be unsurprising if the analogous options simply weren't available to would-be Clanners.
So, what happens if those players who do actually embrace the "Way of the Clans" (who, IMO, will still amount to the proverbial needles-in-haystacks) can't simply boot the power-gamers and self-appointed "pro-gamers" from the Faction?

About the Clans to be played by the devs or AI we can put it in the other way , if you are so unhappy from the clan tech why just we don't drop the IS and all play as a Clan Warriors ?
Because the Clans don't really have the diversity or depth for long-term sustainability in a MMO environment?
Additionally, the problem isn't so much the Clan tech in and of itself -
the problem lies in the combination of Clan tech and people who do not care at all for the Clans' honor-bound and duelist-minded culture and philosophy, which (together with their low numbers), served as a balancing factor against their superior technology.
How would the Devs recreate that balance without hard-wiring Zellbrigen into the game in such a way that it could not be bypassed or negated?
Or reducing the capabilities of Clan tech (namely, weapon range and/or damage) to reduce the performance gap?
Or being very specific and exclusive in who can and cannot join the Clans?
