While there isn't currently a "leader", so to speak, Paladin Brewer has setup a nice website for us to use for organization.

Hello
I am vjaggers. I used to play table top but didn't get to far sadly because people stopped playing. I also used to play MechWarrior 2 for the xbox at my friends house. I stumbled across this game and decided to try it out not relizing its not released yet. lol

hmm will have to look him or message him :D I run Sea Wolves so trying to find out who is where in the houses makes a bit of sense not to mention self promotion  but we are looking up the house "leaders" with the lesser amount of people at the moment

As Dihm stated there are no House leaders, and I have a feeling none will be added. Even if there were I would have no interest in such a position, unless it involved a pay check.

hell cant blame you there lol, and can understand that it probably wont be player run, but haveing relations with people who are in a house could be usefull if for no other reason then helping out :D not like we are talking black widows and those size units, so us smaller guys gotta make friends and contacts where we can.

Sides ... unless they where going to pay me i doubt i would want the headache of running clan sea fox anyway lol. but atleast we got some type of talking going on with some one that people her respect :D

Edit- and i cant spell ...

Hi everybody.

I got into the battle Tech universe after playing the Mechwarrior board game by wizkids at my local comic book store. Since then I have played Mechassault 1 and 2 as well as Mechwarrior 4 on the PC. I have never actually played the original Battle Tech board game but I was thinking about starting.

Hi all,

I feel in love with the BattleTech universe playing a Muse called BattleTech 3065? can't remember the exact year. Anyway I've played MW1-4, even bought the $100 Microsoft joystick so I could enjoy piloting. Also played the MechCommander 1,2. Anyway I've always joined the Draconis Combine so why not here. I've been playing World of Tanks meantime and almost unlocked every tank, just 2 more arty, 4 more french, 1 heavy and 2 td's to go. Anyway I'm pretty excited about this game coming up and running, only 4-6 more months supposedly before closed beta may start.

Hello,

My start into the Battletech universe began with reading the classical novels (my favourite still being 'Wolves on the Border') just before I discovered the first commercial Battletech computer game 'The Crescent Hawk's Inception' which fascinated me at that time and that was followed by playing the 'Crescent Hawk's Revenge' and all the 'Mechwarrior' PC Games (1-4) as well as the first part of 'Mechcommander' ... I am really looking forward to get into Battletech/Mechwarrior again ... lots of good past memories :-) ...

Konnichi-wa fellow warriors!!! I was very pleased to hear about Mechwarrior online and so many old faces from the past joining...

I had a short run on Genie.. most people will remember me from MPBT 3025 Solaris on AOL. Rude Rich was house leader back then and Sky was his XO. I was eventually promoted to Warlord Tai-shu. I was also known as STORM I changed my name to Tsunami around 1996.

Looking forward to catching up with some old friends from back in the day!

I've been involved with the CBT universe since the late 80s, when I first played the tabletop version. I still have my original CityTech rules book on my shelf. I enjoyed playing Crescent Hawks' Inception, and then their Revenge. I also loved playing the original MechWarrior for the PC (oh, a lance of BLRs was a force to be reckoned with).

I post on the CBT forums under the same name, and have run a campaign via MegaMek for a couple years now.

今日は皆さん。

林です。I first started Mechwarrior with MW2:Mercs, then thereafter made the skip to MW4 and MW4: Mercs. I played CH:Inception somewhere in between, but generally I'm more the FPS Mech Pilot type, rather than the RPG type of Mechwarrior enthusiast.

My favourite weapons are the CLBXAC-20 and ERPPC in all iterations I've played so far, and I've no love of missiles whatsoever.

And I like the Timberwolf chassis when being serious, and the walking trash can with a big gun when not.

'Sup,

My experience with Mechwarrior began with Mechwarrior 2: Mercenaries. I played a little of MW3, but it has many glitches, so I never finished. I have completed every mission of Vengeance and Mercenaries of Mechwarrior 4. In Mechwarrior 2, at the age of 8, I was actually able to defeat the 'Mechs at Tukayyid on standard difficulty using little more than a mouse and keyboard.

I have EXTREMELY little Mupltiplayer experience. Most of my time has been spent with the CPU players, and I never really attempted to get too good for their highest settings.

I don't know terribly much about the Draconis Combine, but I am seeking out knowlege as we wait for the release of MW:O, and am learning more every day. I have also gone back and searched through my novels, most unread as I only just acquired them, and attempted to find Kuritan history at this approximate YTD, in game.

My familiarities are with light 'Mechs. I once beat 3 Atlas (Standard configuration), with single Raven on Standard difficulty in Mechwarrarior 4, just to see if I could. This is not much an accomplishment, except that it took time, and I downed the last two with nothing more than a small laser. The first Atlas alpha struck me because I was not paying attention.

I enjoy Scout BattleMechs for their speed and agility, as well as their ability to harass the enemy. My typical weapons deployments are SRM4's or 6's and an array of Medium lasers (Standard of course.).

Favorite 'Mechs: Commando, Jenner, Razorback, Raven, Cougar, Crab, Catapult, Vulture, Avatar, Timberwolf, Atlas
Least Favorite Mechs: Argus, Panther, Nova, Wolfhound, Enemy Raven, Longbow.

Prower, if you haven't already been to the site, http://bg.battletech.com/ has a lot of information about the tabletop (TT) game, especially the universe/setting.

This is a link directly to information on the Draconis Combine.

Sho-Sa Garrity here, Commading officer, Hellrasiers. A Kuritan extended unit. Greetings.

I started with mechwarrior 2nd edition (Tabletop) Have wound my way through everything from the AOL online play, Netmech and every version of the pc game. I've been in and out of Sarna.net for specs/configs/etc. Designed dozens if not hundreds of mechs over the years some might be in canon by now I don't even know. http://leopoldgarrit...set=168#/dk9dek is my old career record game wise. I hope this game brings back the glory or at least the fun, I miss having a dedicated unit with battle tactics, training and commands, as a deadly and cohesive combat unit.
