Wow Eckman is the Anti-Troll in here. All good data all the time!

Incredible stuff, just what I've been hoping. To be honest I didn't really believe that I'd see what I'm seeing. So happy.

[Eyore]Probably means the world WILL end in 2012. [/Eyore]

I know. Waiting for the Beta is really hard. But you seem to be doing good. Keep it up. :)

That was actually kinda funny. *Likes*

But honestly, PGI, great job on the HUD. I'm interested in seeing how enemy information pops up or how PGI plans to allow the player to look at in-cockpit info panels (toggle freelook?) Even better yet, support TrackIR :)

I am also looking at spending real money for a complete cockpit array of new gadgets and toys. Track IR is now one of those. Set aside $200 today and will set aside another $200 next month and every month until this is released or beta is open so I can rock this game at a level I have never dreamed of.

Me too. I hope that they got some in different colors. Don't prefer Liao Green. :)

Actual cockpit temp perhaps. Remember the added story text stated how cold her Mech was before power up. 32 degrees is cold but tolerable for a short period.

Think ice fishing in a hut. :)

Or 32C, which is warm - but consider that Mechwarriors wear coolant suits, so not entirely out of the realm of possibility.

Anything is poissible.. :) I was refering to the player's ability to move his head independently of the Mech.

That's awesome. I was hoping to see something like this. It feels really natural when games include it. It works nicely in Red Orchestra 2, looking through all the different view ports and stuff. Its awesome.

Booom! Nailed it right on the head! Every Mech feels quite a bit different now.

I guess it would be more n°C above normal (or room) temperature. Adding around 30°C to starting 18-21°C would be pretty warm. :)

Not true, if you look on a MW4 HUD, you will notice that the speed and heat level bars are switched, as it makes sense for a coolant flush to be next to the heat gauge. I hope and am guessing that that extra bar next to the speed is something else dealing with speed or something sensors... not coolant. PLEASE OH PLEASE LET IT NOT BE COOLANT!!! DEVs, please confirm if that bar between Speed KPH gauge and sensors box is NOT a coolant bar!

Did it not occur to you that the second bar is likely to be Jump Jet "fuel" (I put quotes around fuel because its basically a refilling reserve of fuel, and yes, I understand the lore behind jump jets)? That would make the most sense (jump jets being related to movement, so putting them by the speed gauge would be logical).

No, no it had not... But how many Atlas have jump jets on them?

Maybe it's the fuel for that harness. It could be seen as a JJ equivalent.

Thanks again for the insite Bryan, looks like I might have another reason besides Rise of Flight and Arma II to pick up the TrackIR 5. Damn I know I'm going to end up ordering it before the weekend is out :)

One:
"AS7-K3 - A modification of the K2, the K3 removed the two Streak SRM-6 launchers and replaced them with three jump jets and a Streak SRM-4 launcher, giving the AS7-K3 incredible maneuverability." ~Sarna.net

Now you're just nitpicking. I don't see "Clan Wolf" as a faction I am able to align myself with. Listen you yourself. The most OP source of Mech? Sounds like you already have an excuse lined up for your defeat. How efficient.

It's not nitpicking. If you want to act like clan warriors, then you can't use contractions, or do you just want to use the parts you like (like their OP tech) and Tubebred Kerensky Babes) If you want to be cloer, then you should be a lone wolf.. Any btech fan knows the clans truly hate mercs, killing them on the battlefield after capture isn't uncommon (unless you're a Kell), they're regarded as pirates.

Honestly, if you're not going to take the bad with the good, then yeah, you like them because they're overpowered.

Aegis, he has got you there, you use contractions like a labour caste shipper. :) Look through my posts... you may find 1 or 2 contractions. They will probably be quotes
