Overall, I really like FlyingDebris's concept for this, but I really, really am hoping that the final build of the Awesome expands on the leg size a lot. This just feels way more.. "right." In fact I have a suspicion that someone might have actually stretched his concept image to make it better fit for the reveal format?

Actually, I think I like the more 'squat' version myself. Part of the reason it looks funny might just be that you can't compare the height to other mechs. The image won't be to scale with other mechs because they had to fit the whole width in. The longer-legged one just feels too fast and light footed, like a heavy.

I can see it working both ways - the original, un-stretched version gives it a more "gorilla-esque" look and stance, while the stretched version is more human-like in its proportions.

But - once will not hurt - I still prefer the original (battletech) design.

to the 3050 AWS-9M:
I do prefer the 3025 art to the 3050. I think the unstretched concept are looks better. Just me

Not liking the stretched version at all. Makes it look like a medium. To me, the original looks far more "right". 3025 Awesome is the best.
