Why can't I run into your premades more often? Shooting blues just doesn't feel the same without you around.

I sense your intelligence... its a nice collection.

My question is this: Why do you use your collected intelligence to cause negativity and harm, merely to delight yourselves? I guess the question is, why are you so selfish?

The acutal power of collected consciousness, is a power, illusion or not. Take something as simple as "Alt F4" fun. So far you've had 800+ people "that we've recorded" to have a little bit worse day. Out of those 800 I would guess that 10 of them actually thought it was funny, or had some positive feeling from it. I guess my question is why not try to help them have a better day instead? Wholesome humor sprinkled with your own brand of raw culture. Humor is easier when you are picking on someone, its fast and easy and feeds in to the cheetoh finger philosophy. The collected wit you have though... I'm not trying to get into "suppressive persons" BS... but why negative instead of postiive? Because its easier?

We DO have limited entertainment electrons, you should not use those to stip the hippocampus!

All that said, you guys pretty rationally look at MWO, and my own brain has been damaged by the negativity of posts of players, far more than any goon post. In fact, your conduct on the forums has been fairly benign and semi helpful, though the few times your ire was stirred, you gelled together like some Ghibli tar monster.

So why don't you use your powers for good?

Mr. Technoviking:

Allow me to use a simple example to illustrate this point. You are familiar with Crusaders and Wardens, quiaff?

Both are convinced that they are doing the right thing. Both are convinced they are the "good guys".

I hope that sheds some light on your question.

We here at The Word of Lowtax thank you for your post. We here at the Word of Lowtax realize that you have limited entertainment electrons and appreciate that you're spending your posts on us. Please continue to choose the Word of Lowtax in your future electron spending! We are grateful for your out of the box, blue-sky thinking, and appreciate you touching base with us here at the Word of Lowtax. We hope to synergize our efforts to achieve quantifiable paradigm redefinitions in a future collaboration soon.

You can't though! You can't really think that. I think you're just having fun! Ridicule the Ridiculous until it has no weight? If I mention Pol Pot's agrarian utiopia can I skip Godwin's Law?

Surely you've noticed the near-constant complaint threads on these forums. Every step forwards in the game is 'THE END OF MECHWARRIOR AS WE KNOW IT' to someone else, and every temporary bug is 'HORRIBLE, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK'. Even if we wanted to become the caretakers for so many pubbies (we do not), it would be an impossible and sisyphean task.

This is true. I'll admit I'm a little jealous of you taking a poke now and then. Well, good work Goons, sleep well, most likely kill you in the morning.

Thats an expensive bottle..... George I know you're hanging around, what do you think I should do? Save it or drink the hell out of this.

I'm certainly no George Ledoux, but I say you should save it for a victory drink on the day your throne of skulls is completed.

Dear Goons I've got couple (4) questions and 1 explanation.

1st: Can you explain Ter Ushaka he can't like all of your posts?
2nd: Do Goons actualy need other Goons to like their posts?
3rd: Do Goons feel upset, because noone except Goons like their posts?
4th: Is that you think you are birds cased by mental illness? :D

Goons, are you just going to lie down and take these preposterous accusations against your honor and integrity?

Fear not, for I am not a Goon but merely a common pub. Together we can prove JustMe SR wrong. For just one like on this post you can restore honor to your homeland by showing that Tetatae and Humans are equally as terrible at posting.

Actually we don't need goons to like other goon posts. If we could get access to the old Beta-Feeback threads you would see that many, many goon ideas are backed by both other large teams and pubs alike. Pringlescan's massive community warfare posts in general discussion was greatly received by all but those with previous goon-grudge. The majority of the likes on my account are probably normal forum users, sure goons might be the single largest contributors but clearly not the only ones. This thread is the exception, it's our thread. We're here, we are the target audience and are the majority of viewers. This is the place for us to like each others posts the same as any teams thread on the forums. As for liking your own posts, nothing on here says we can't do it. Some do it to make others angry and post about it in threads on internet robot forums.

The way the timing works out i'll probably write volume #3 around Christmas when we get more details. Right now the way they've described it, it seems like you will end up with player alliances in merc corps of great houses bordering each other. After all, how are you supposed to end up with that planet you really want if someone in your great house took it first? Answer, you have your conspirator in the enemy great house take it for you, and then you take it from him. Probably trade some planet you can't keep to him in return.

1. Can, but won't. What he does with his likes is his business.
2. Nope.
3. Nope.
4. Hey, we're not all birds. Someone's gotta clean the cages and make runs for fresh seed and cuttlebones, after all.

Our concern is actually more focused to Frozen City. We've heard worrying (but not entirely confirmed) reports that the temperatures there are no longer cold enough to provide bonus cooling to our 'mechs.

Though Climate change is a real thing! We've also received reports that Forest Colony will be suffering a harsh winter this yeah. In fact, snow has already begun to fall, just check out the WeatherBug at the scene:

Mr. crabcakes-six-six:

We here are the Word of Lowtax are more concerned with the Global Warming taking place on Frozen Colony. You might not be able to see visible changes, but we here at the Word of Lowtax can tell you, Global Warming is real, and must be addressed.
