Major...

Thanks for all your efforts. I know it's a thankless job, and now with smurfy's out there, to some your program may not seem relevant. For me however, I prefer yours by far and if I could code my way out of a paper bag I would help. I've used it for what seems like forever now, and actually post screenshots of my builds in it in my corps' forums. I find it more friendly for at-a-glance reference than a hard-on-the-eyeballs web based program. I also much prefer your statistical references on dissapation and cooldowns...I just don't know how else to think at this point, lol.

Thanks again, and I'm hoping you reconsider retirement...or someone else with the skills can pick up the torch. Even if nothing is ever expanded...as long as simple updates are maintained, I'll use it forever.

Sincerely,
A MechBay Addict
Mr 144

I will probably do updates this weekend, unfortunately this being the week before spring break means extra class work.
I may do this earlier than expected but worst case will be this weekend.

thank you very much, I still prefer your program because:
- its packed with information
- picture of mechs
- preview of not in game mechs

Thank you majora. A lot of my brigade members use smurfy's now, but I still use yours because of time to shutdown and other useful information and functionality. Like Mr 144 and many others here, I will keep using your program, and if simple updates like new mechs and weapon balances are updated, then all the better. o7

Hi there Major, just want to say thank you. During most of the day i can't get to my pc so i have to make do on a crappy lowres notebook. I always used your program without a problem and smurfy's is just all over the place on my screen + too hard on my challenged eyesight. You might be serving the minority these days, but it is greatly appreciated!

I hope you can continue to update this gem of a program a while longer. If not, i am no less grateful for what you have done for our community.

So, thank you!

Having the unreleased in your program makes it really handy for planning ahead. Your homepage seems to be down btw.

Updated for the new Hero mech, also added references for the consumable upgrades in the pilot tree.

Hey Majora,

where did you get the source info regarding the hard point layout of the mechs such as the highlander and all the others for the program model?

If it isn't released, it is purely speculation, otherwise I get it from .xmls within the game files.

Which btw, I will be posting an update this weekend for the Highlander's release, fixing SRM and LRM damage, and adjusting some speculation a tad.

The dragon 5N in your program has the hand actuator in it's left arm. The game dragon 5N does not have this actuator.

Major,

Just wanted to add my thanks (along with everyone else's) for all the work you've done. Like many others on this thread, I prefer your program to Smufy's. You *do* have a loyal fanbase and we eagerly await any and all updates you're able to provide to us. We do understand that RL takes precedence (even though we'll never admit it :)) and are grateful for the time and energy that you've spent to make our MWO lives easier.

Thanks again,

Airwolf

Things finally slowed down to where I could push out an update.
Misery has been added, Highlanders have been added/corrected, and the DGN-5N got its hand removed.
That should be everything new within the past month of updates.
