For the LRM haters.. ..just wait until you get: ECM

I'm sitting here reading about LRMs raining form the heavens, and I wonder to myself. On maps with tunnels why are more people not luring players into the caves to kill them while LRMs sit around with a thumb up their bum doing nothing? The caustic map isn't fun with LRM boats, but hey not like to get caustic every match!

Heavily in BETA would mean still closed BETA... It is open Beta and for a free-to-play game that is as good as a public release.

• My game is still crashing randomly
  
• new map isn't a new map just an old one with no haze and snow.
  
• The double heatsinks are not "double"
  
• Missiles now don't count up damage from match.
  
• I am killing allies after being dead for minutes because they step on me.
  
• FPS is down again
  
• Dual Video Cards don't work
  
• PPC's don't go where you aim

In general, I just feel like playing it less..

I dont care about double heat sinks and i dont care about lagshield. But the LRM buff was outright silly. I dont know who's great idea it was to let lrms come down at a 90° angle but now taking cover is no longer an option and it kills the game for me.
LRMs were unpleasant before but at least there were spots on the map to take cover and be safe. Now the only counter measure is not getting targeted at all.
The funny thing is that even our LRM players are annoyed because its now brainless mouseclicking. There is nothing else involved anymore. No checking for cover, no timing. Simply click and go.

Sorry but they are taking money for the product now. Thus they may call it a beta but this game is practically released.

Why would some LRM boat go into a tunnel? How would you lure him in? There are no bases or any strategic locations in tunnels. Go in a tunnel with your whole team and the other team will simply cap your base. Sorry but please tell me a way to lure the other team into tunnels and i will love the lrm buff.

Game is fantastic now, but there are still some bugs, and some new ones: Missile Damage is not counted correctly in the end game stats.

Sudden Crash still happens... last match, i crashed down to Desktop in the middle of a game, our team was about to win.

How many Matches did you play before the crash. Also, how many GB of Ram are you running on the computer? What Map were you on? and Lastly your Video Card.

So umm, to all the screaming founders, you should protest by giving me your founders stuffs. Just send an email off to them saying you hate them and I'll gladly take the stuff you don't want because you didn't quite understand what a beta is and feel your money entitles you to be the end all be all on issues of balance.

Please continue to tell me LRM's are overpowered as you charge across an open field into them and are surprised when an AMS system can't shoot down 60+ missiles falling on your head.

Sorry but you dont know what a beta is. This game is released. It doesnt matter how you call your software. Its out of the beta stage. They charge money, then its not a beta.

Funny thing is that cover doesnt work anymore due to the 90° hit angle. LRMs now fly over cover and hit mostly the head. Play the game before making untrue accusations.

I think what it comes down to is people wanting to play the game vs people who want to exploit the game. I don't play a Missle boat and I run Dragon because its fun for me. But what gets people is players who go out of their way to Boat LRMs because they know their OP without actually want to play the game. I don't care either way as we'll get a Hotpatch Tomorrow or at the very least wait till next Tuesday for something. This type of patch wasn't made for an open beta environment and now they got to live with it until they can figure out a way to appease everyone.

I don't know how making LRMs totally a top-attack weapon is anything but an unnecessary buff to them.

This is not a beta. They charge money, so its not a beta anymore. It doesnt matter how you call software. When you charge money and there are no more wipes, the software is released.
