In other words, yeah, I can't think that far ahead. Bad brain day for yours truly.

For those not in the know, back in the very early days, Freyja wasn't just a goddess of love and fertility, but also war. Half of the brave souls collected from battle go to her hall, Sessrúmnir.
What would be better than to name your mech after the beautiful goddess of war, love, and fertility?
I can't name my mech that, though... I already have an adorable dragon-slaying cat named Freyja. The confusion would be too great.

Sága is also a good recon mech name as the name is related to seeing or a seer or also to tell.
For mediums through assaults I only have a couple of names so far. Rán who used a net to try to capture men who go out to sea and drag them down would be fitting for say a catapult with its nets of lrms. Urðr and Verðandi who along with Skuld make up the three fates would work well for my med-assaults. Hildisvíni, Freyja's boar that she rides also known as battle swine is fitting as the name of my brawler mech as a member of the 3rd Battalion of the Shield Wall, the Swine Army.

A slight tangent, but Völuspá names 6 valkyries, Grímnismál names another 11. Elsewhere, "three times 9" are mentioned, but not named.
On another tangent, if the game had supported a public voice-chat function, I'd engage the enemy in flyting.
Tangent over, time to return to your regular schedule.

Actually, Skuld isn't a Valkyries, but one of the "Three Fates", also she never left Asgard, When Rota rode out "With Gunnr and Skuld" she was actually carrying a portion of their consciousnesses
