I've sent all of two reports to support over the course of playing this game. Both times I received a reply within a day that made it at least seem like they read them. On one hand the lack of transparency in the rule enforcement department is frustrating, on the other hand I appreciate their attempts to keep the drama down and stave off witch hunts.

I agree that the report option could be abused for trolling... But... If implemented it could also be made an offence to falsely report players.

lol. If PGI won't stop him, the community might. I have no problem with this until the Devs actually punish those that do.
In game button that you can access during the game. Should be allowed to indicate if it is a TK, abusive or bot. Stats made public and once you get nailed to many times with screenshots, too, you're taking a break to consider your evil ways.

They have a post pinned about this. http://mwomercs.com/...-shame-threads/ .... We are not allowed to single players out on the forums by name for any negative aspects. If you don't remove it a mod will later. Just trying to save you some trouble

nevertheless, it's ridiculous.

And I don't find anything about telling the truth in the Code of Conduct.

I think this would be the best solution because it would require no oversite by PGI staff, and the type of player who would make false reports out of pique will find themselves facing longer queue waits, in effect only making the game worse for themselves with each inappropriate click of the button, and would in fact punish problem players by eventually forcing them to only drop with other problem players, now that's what I call a "Just Desert"
BalzOut
EDIT: Not my Idea, I stole it from somewhere else on this forum.

Big issue there is reports are frequently made against people for many reasons that aren't actually problems. I actually went to tribunal and was given a temporary ban for "feeding" before my first week was out. That's right, unable to play the game because I sucked. Not the best way of doing things.

I have heard of people doing this a lot.... but this is a lot of effort to ask most of the player base to do. Most will just let the problem go rather than to go through all the trouble. This doesn't help the community. I think there needs to be a simple way built into the game so that players can easily report problems.... thus making it more likely that problems will actually get reported.
