Same issue here, but i got into a two games. Both ended with session lost after a few minutes, i guess it is time to play something else.

Same problem for me. This is my one window during the day where I can actually play. Bummer.

I was so pumped to use my premium time today too and I have the day off. Ugh, this sucks.

i get the feeling it's more than a provider issue, given that the tracert makes it out of arizona and into atlanta georgia before it disappears.

http://www.iplocation.net/index.php <- take last ip in tracert and plug it in, get the feeling it's going to be about the same area for everyone

EDIT: just confirmed this actually, went back through all the posted tracert logs, all of them had a common denominator of loosing the trace in Atlanta Georgia with the ip of 70.42.24.132 or 70.42.24.196

Same thing while connecting from Russia, so i guess it is server troubles, not providers.

Same problem, got booted out of a match, and takes forever to get to the main menu and when I finally get to mech lab, here comes "Session lost" . Maybe I will go outside.... maybe go to the beach...

Same problem, not happened before this morning been playing since patch just fine, only managed to get in game twice today on the first match i started to get unplayable lag and died session lost after match after trying to get the browser window working and into the launcher several times i got back in and got session lost not long into the match on the second match. I almost always have the best ping in game and almost never have lag issues unless i leave the game running most the day then a simple client close and restart solves the issue. I live in the USA and its not my provider or computer.
I sure hope they are looking into this cause this is not "answered" or fixed

This problem started with me today too.
First I started experiencing high ping, little bit of lagging. Then suddenly message "Session was lost" and then I'm not able to log back in. After several hours I was able to log in, just to experience the same on the first match.

I have the same problem since this morning. I live in Hungary with Digi as my ISP.

even if it does get fixed, i doubt that there will be any announcement about what caused it.

Yep... must have been some issue around the server. Working fine again.

It's actually getting worse for me, compared to 6h ago. Even at the best moments, the ping is 50ms above my usual worst, I am experiencing lag spikes up to 9000ms, and I am getting lost sessions. Any connection other than MWO works perfectly fine.

Try this: immediately after logging in, click the menu and hit log out. after 15 or so "session lost" errors in a row, I did this and was able to immediately join a match.

Thx for the hint, but I have had no problem joining matches when those problems occured yesterday. The problems were in the matches themselves. It does not help me getting into a match when my ping is getting lag spikes of several seconds, I'd just be dead weight for my teammates and it wouldn't be fun either.

I had the same message for a month. In my case the problem was with the ISP. I could only connect at nighttime, when the network traffic was less.

My solution: I got a fixed IP address. (Before I had dynamic IP assigned by ISP...that was the problem)
