Performance significantly improved. Averaging 60 fps, 46 or so while recording. Noticed many new texture improvements especially on Caustic Valley and possibly some on the forest colonies.

Still bad bits of texture mishaps on frozen city (bits of snow still using bleach white with signs of a grid coordinate-style outline on an area not related to conquest).

Caustic appears to be brighter, good change. A little clearer even although that depth of field / distance blur is still there.

Ground textures have been looking great!

Conquest is actually being played like a capture the base mode now. So that's good.

Looking forward to what other improvements will come up.

Computer: Crossfire 2x HD6850 Radeons.
1600x1200 resolution
4.6ghz AMD Phenom II 4x processor.
16 Gig ram.
Recording resolution: 1360x768.
Settings "Very high" unmodified.
However motion blur turned off (never seen a game that didn't have it too strong).
FOV: "75" (it feels more natural).

Ok now i have a pretty descent computer, running a 3.2 quad 90+ Gigs of ram two 1gig video cards, and a fast internet speed. which allowed me too run at 50-60 fps even at the worst times of clutter, and a 30-80 ping depending on internet getting out of the mountains. with this patch tho i am running at a 30 fps if i am lucky, and a 200 ping. what the heck did you all do.

Before the latest patch I was getting approx 12-30 FPS in game. Now I'm luck to get 12-15 FPS in game. Tried settings on low (windowed), medium (full windowed; seemed to up performance a little), and medium (full screen; actually made performance worse).

System:
Intel Core i3 520 @ 2.93 GHz
4 GB DDR3 1333 System Ram
EVGA GTX 560TI w/1GB GDDR5 Ram
160GB SATA HD

More importantly, what the heck do you use 90+ GB of RAM for and could that be the cause of your issues?

hmm. only got about 3 matches in but.
Noticed immediate performance increase in mechlab. never monitored the fps there as it was never an issue but observed switching between screens etc or parts of mech in mechlab was fast and seamless.
Also noticed in game higher average fps. Saw numbers like 60-70 walking along, swivel mech dip to 30-40.
I did notice some weirdness on forest observing action about 500 m out, suddenly everything I saw just went to crap for about 4 seconds , i would think it all went down to single digits.

Havent really seen anything like that since they fixed it last patch.
Dual core, e5200 oc to 3.5ghz from 2.5 radeon 6850, win 7 4 gig ram. 1680x1050 all low.

will update if i see new stuff 2morrw.
Oh , had a weird bug where my hud went away and had a few lines across screen. I think i had to exit that game. restart. Thats a new bug for me.

I am an older system and I am seeing a small benefit in the sence that the FPS floor is raised.
The Dec 18 patch helped a lot, this a little more.

Winter maps have improved FPS overall, other maps have improved minimum FPS.

Step in the right direction.

Now, fix CTD please...

I've personally lost about 5-10 FPS on my system, get anywhere from 17-25 fps now in heavy battles. Where I was getting 25 - 35 before. Running at low settings, at 1280x720.

When people say "I got a performance increase / decrease", it would probably help the devs if you told them what your specs were. Just saying...

AMD FX-8150 @ stock 3.6ghz
Geforce GTX 580 EVGA 3GB Edition
16 GB Ram
Comcast Cable - average about 40ms per game.

Low res and hi res take no affect on performanse at all. 19-45 FPS on my system. But I get bug with no HUD! And my FPS with no HUD was between 35-60. Is that general performanse problem in HUD?!

System.
AMD Phenom II 945 3.0 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5870 1Gb
12GB ram

As stated above I see an improvement. On the lower end for the system, laptop with i5, 8 gigs of ram and an Nvidia 520 MX onboard.

Before this patch I had a consistent 22fps. Now when I start the client I still have 22fps, but after a couple games it randomly chooses anywhere from 15 to 22fps when I launch a match, yet my frame rate is consistent for the duration of that match. Restarting the client and clearing the shaders cache has no effect. Pretty weird.

Shut up.

It played fine yesterday, is basically unplayable today for some of us. If the game was broken for you, you wouldn't come in to the PATCH FEEDBACK THREAD!!!! and give feedback.

Yes, you would.

So kindly, shut up and go away.

I'm experiencing the same thing, but with a < 30ms ping. It's not lag, or at least I dont think it is. Whats your video card/cpu by the way?

AMD PHENOM II 4x 3.3Ghz
8GB 1600 Mhz
AMD Radeon 6870 (960Mhz, Mem 1150Mhz)
Windows 7 64Bit
1920x1080p
Creative X-Fi PCI Card

with settings on Medium and AA off.

I can't see my set up effecting lag? It's much worse than it used to be. One last try to tonight i think...

Getting between 30 and 58 FPS (frame limiter) on all maps.

i5 2500k @ 3.5ghz
8Gb DDR3 1600mhz
3Gb HD7950 1000/1250 clocks
MWO on 2x500Gb RAID0 array

1920x1080 Full Screen
V-Sync off
Motion Blur off
Anti-Aliasing off
Post Processing low
Everything else Very High

FXAA Ultra quality - applied via RadeonPro
x15 AF - applied via RadeonPro

I cannot compare unfortunately as I recently swapped from 2x 1Gb HD6870's in CrossfireX (only used a single card in MWO) and haven't seriously played/studied MWO so far this year... however subjectively there does feel like a boost beyond what my graphics card upgrade would have achieved.

FPS performance has improved for me, while the lag issues have gotten worse. Maybe It`s because of the increased number of players after the patch?

Seems after the patch I started snapping. Never saw that before and it's a bit weird.
