they dont rationalize it. They're having their jollies knoqwing full well they're making people upset and harming the game.

It's called the internet. The best trolling is done playing within the rules while ******* others off.

This should be obvious. It's just like those people who constantly TK, except they cant be touched by the "law" of PGI because they're abiding by the rules.

Hmm.... Theres lots of things unfair in the game till the netcode is fixed but you forget that lights shooting at lights encounter the lag shield too. Its not something that just mediums, heavies, and assaults get. Also, do you shoot at jumping mechs. If you do then thats unfair since jump jets are suppose to make you harder to hit and not easier to hit. Are you hitting a light mech going flank speed at long range with a Large Laser or LRMs. If you are then you are cheating since such a feat would require double six and was almost impossible at table top. Do you boat your heavy or assault. Not many mechs were fitted with 6 large lasers or PPCs to cut a mech in half in one shot. You must be cheating. I'm not being serious of course but you need to realize how silly your argument is. Light mechs are suppose to be hard to hit. Thats their advantage. One clean hit kills them. Yes, there is lag shield but I've also noticed there are more pilots that are lousy shots that like to blame lag shield than themselves.

Well the matchmaking system puts an equal number of lights on each team. So when I play a light I know that's one more (probably a 3L with streaks and ECM) that I'll have to fight.

... which is exactly why I play my Cicada a lot.

Well I was just making a joke based on the OP's laughable suggestion that you have to be 13 and like cheating to play lights.If you want to check my posts here I've been laughing at the idea of it all the way back. But if you want to get mad at someone who's on your side of the argument that's cool too.

the only bad thing for knockdowns was knocking down your team mates ...
but they added realism and punished bad piloted light mechs who got too close to enemy mechs,
therefore the advantages weigh more than the disadvantages

You would do well not to patronize others (because, then, they would be more willing to listen to your case).

I play Commando 3M and 2D. I believe Commandos are kill-able, because I have been on the receiving end.

The ECM Commandos are REALLY good, but they are not invincible. What do you think about the other Non-ECM commandos though?
