Cap accelerator, if you have any more than 2 on one cap, it starts becoming a waste of good c-bills.
360 target, i see it's uses, but again my playstyle says it's useless.
Adv Radar, i have a better option, it's call heat vision and most games come down to brawling so... useless
target something thingy decay rate, useless if your scout is good, and maybe useful if you're even using LRMs.
Overall, cap accel is probably the only that might be worth it, but how many games (outside of 8-mans, mind you) do you see that are won by cap?
