This is my first one.

Think shotgun DDC with jump jets. 2xML, 1xLB10X, 4xSRM6 with Artemis. This is my favourite. It SHREDS enemies. The SRM24 is great, even with the weird groupings. I have it almost leveled to elite. I have it set up as follows:
Group 1: LB10X
Group 2: Arm mounted 2xSRM6 with Artemis
Group 3: Torso mounted 2xSRM6 with Artemis
Group 4: Torso mounted 2xMLAS
I find I do not overheat anywhere close to what I do in my DDC which has a similar build (2xLB10x, 3xSRM6 with Arti, 2xMLAS). The jump jets are fantastic on this thing, especially for ensuring people stay to your front. The best game last night, I did 750 damage, 4 kills, 3 assists. The worst game I did 73 damage (but that was because mid game, as we were waddling to epsilon on Alpine, the dogs decided they had to go out THAT INSTANT. I came back to 3 dragons providing me the penitentiary shower treatment.)
I love this mech. Possibly my favourite chasis so far.

I purposefully limit my builds to 3 groups because I fire everything from the mouse.

Or you can map E to group 4 and CAPS to group 5.

Although it looks hotter than hell, with the Gauss on one button, the 2XERPPC's on another and the SRM6's on a third it's pretty decent, and regularily getting between 500-800 damage. Two JJ's for a not bad pop-tart (although I'm no judge as not used a PT build before). To be honest though, rarely need to use the SRM's, and with an XL if you need to use 'em you're in trouble.

733c has Gauss, 2 ML, 3x SRM6 +artemis on an XL325. DHS as well.
732 has 3 ER PPC and a gauss on an XL300. (haven't worked out the 1.2 heat yet though.)

I use the 733 with 2 ER PPCs, Gauss, and 4 Streaks. Works great for sniping and the streaks can kill most mediums and lights that get too close. PPCs knock out ecm too, making those pesky 3Ls vulnerable.

Still to go for DHS and not definite about the SRM4's but the rest seems ok.

I'm too broke to buy a $50+ in-game item.
I much rather buy the Centurion CN9-YLW when it goes on sale like a month ago.

I just use 2 mouse buttons for firing. I have group 3 and 4 slaved to LShift and Spacebar since that's where my fingers are already. Usually keep those for missiles or less used groups.

I think it's better then the Atlas, because it's not crippled by the terrible CT energy slots. I love the Atlas don't get me wrong.. but the hard points suck.

Here you go 732 3xPPC + Gauss
just about the most heat sinks can stuff in there

1 Gauss
3 Medium Lasers
3 SRM6
AMS
Full Jump jets
STD 300
Full armor
I find that I can brawl decently enough. Using the Jump Jets is key though, I would recommend taking armor from something other than the legs if you use the JJ, they are usually hit pretty hard. I use four weapon groups. Close with the Gauss and then shotgun them to death.
I don't have a Highlander but I can vouch for having more leg armors. I knocked off a Highlander's feet with my fellow PUGs relatively quickly using dual UAC/5s. It didn't help that he landed without slowing down.

The close range poptarting is mint, lol ive ahem even done some slightly dirty tactics with my own team especially in narrow passes, ill poptart over my teammates and use them as shields since they wont get out of the way.
I thought core people was the best now i realize ac20 lights in the back as the dance and dodge around you is the best thing ever!!!.
