If this had Shadow Hawk, and/or Warhammer/Marauder I'd have already bought.
As is I will wait and see how much the next couple of patches add to the game.

Also I want to see the designs!

Uhhh you mean like the SHADOW hawk that is included in tier 2?

And FYI i am pretty sure the " Idiotic" amount of money that people like me spend is what enabled them to pull this off for the ones complaining about that.

Big problem, may have already been stated but I'm t work so don't have time to read all posts, plus to more people saying this the more likley it is to be changed.

NOONE IS GOING TO PAY 30 BUCKS FOR A 20 TON SPIDER THAT CAN'T JUMP! plus its variants. Still I believe the founders was a success because you got to choose what mech you wanted, and more people will end up buying just one mech as opposed to paying more if they just want a thunderbolt.

please use the founders structure even if you have to up the price of the top tier to the 120 of the founders .

otherwise excellent news.

I've never activiated my Premium Time from Founders during beta and it is actually still in pause. I was planning to unleash it during CW.

If I purchase Project Pheonix, am I safe to assume it'll just be stockpiled on top of my premium time in Pause state?

For example, if I purchase Overlord package which gives 120 days if early bird. Will that stack on top of my 60 days of Founders Premium time in Pause. So when I hit activate, I'll have 180 days of Premium Time?

Am I the only one who wants to know the hardpoint layouts of the regular variants that come along with the phornix mechs before purchasing?
Will probably pick up the 20$ package at least.

The ride never ends boys and girls.

My playtime is at an all time low... but this.

There's only 1 way this package could get better, a 5th and 6th tier... leading up to $120 that would add the Warhammer and Marauder to the bunch... I would, without a doubt, pay $120 for that.

That's all I want PGI, give me my Warhammer and Marauder, and you can have all the money, I'll won't forgive all the balance issues, and late promises... but I will be willing to forget them...

While I'm still on the fence about the whole thing because of serious game design flaws and I agree that there should be a choice, the Locust is one of the mechs I just have to have if I continue to play. I'm here because the first time I piloted a mech in a computer game it was a Locust (killing Battlemasters with my MGs no less, if only we could do that in MWO...).

Any Premium Time you get during the Project Phoenix sale will be banked in your stash of unactivated Premium Time. No clocks will automatically start ticking. ;)

Dang almost got my money! As soon as I realized that I had to pay for a Locust to get a Shadow Hawk you lost my money.

Hopefully you'll add more options and if you do you'll taste my sweet credit card, until then NOOOOPE.

There's a deeper conspiracy... someone told a person I know that a little bird told him that ComStar accidentally leaked secret Clan details onto the forums, hidden in plain sight.

Wow. At first I thought "Geez $80 bucks to get them all?" Then I looked it over and realized for $80 you get:

12 Mechs total, 4 are Hero Mechs.
12 Mech Bays (hell yeah).
4 Cockpit items that actually do something.
120 days premium time (with early order).

That's actually a hell of a lot of content for $80. The Premium time alone is worth around $40. As someone who spends money on the game anyway, this is pretty much the best deal they have ever had.

Thanks for pointing out how badly us founders just got kicked in the balls by this offer.................... ;)

I heard the Clans got sick at 31 flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Is the game perfectly balanced? No.
Does it have all the features we've been promised yet? Well, no it doesn't.
Are there design choices about the gameplay I disagree with? Well, certainly there are some.
These things are all true, and yet...

I. DON'T. CARE!
