To expand on that. Omnipods are counted as inventory. Meaning that if you have a Nova-C, you can strip all it's pods, save for the CT, and then just slap them on another Nova for no cost to yourself.

Click Faction (at the top) and click Leave Unit (bottom left corner).

Hello ,sorry for omitting other posts

Anyone know why patcher stays still at 50% progress; after reinstall I'm having 50% 'preparing install base' which is holding me for ages.

Edit: it shows me disc usage, but there is totally no progress, no network is advanced
EDIT: Ok, ... let's give it a try while it downloads/reinstallas/etc after 3x8gb downloads, would kill myself if i were doing it on slower connection

Omfg, at last. Left it twice for night when done with my pc - nothing, reinstall x N and I've managed that ****.

After downloading a patch, it has to install it. Installing does actually take awhile but certainly not a day or 2 days. Did you try killing it, maybe restarting your computer and reopening? After that, try the repair tool from the patcher. Accessible via the gears icon in the top right.

Hello folks, I wish to know Max effective range for the Clan Gauss Rifle with TC1 and Range Module 5 and without the above.

Base effective range = 660, range module 5 = +10% = 726m
As far as I can tell, TC doesn't increase range, but does increase slug velocity, zoom and targeting speed

What you say makes sense but I heard Max range was 3x 660.

You asked for max EFFECTIVE range

Past 660 is beyond the effective range, i.e. it deals less than 15 damage (It's 10 at 1320, and 0 at 1980) without modules.

With a module just add 10%

Thanks guys that clarifies it, too bad effective range is not 1000 meters with a module.

At 1km the Gauss round will still do about 10 damage, that while not max is still meaningful damage, you just have to decide if it is worth taking the shot (concidering the limited number of rounds most Mechs take for the Gauss).

To see the yellow button, you need to go to the Skills tab, open up a Mech Tree for a mech that has the XP you want to convert.

How do I buy the stuff that goes in your cockpit, like the hula girl and horns and stuff? I go to the ingame store but don't see it anywhere.

From mechlab, go to "Cockpit" and you can buy it by equipping any you don't own.

The only time they show up in the store is when they're on sale.

It is a community warfare match where your team faces no opponents. In CW if you wait for about 10 minutes and the enemy team can't get 12 people together, you will drop into the map unopposed.

beam duration quirks interact with lasers and (I think) pulse lasers. They have no effect on either form of PPC.
