Warthunder has 46,000 players in game at the current time, please don't compare AAA F2P games to MWO it makes you look foolish.

Don't put Warthunder in the same AAA F2P category as LoL, it just makes you look foolish.

If so.. you are doing it wrong... Because you come off like a bitter, snarky and violated person. So now eat your digital lussekatt and become a more harmonious person.

Any way...

To get back on topic.

From a system standpoint the game is doing better then before and if they are telling the truth (take your pick) things are mocing forward. Fast enough you ask.. Things can never move fast enough... But i have seen worse.

From a player PoV ofc things look a bit more bleak... Not sure if it was lack of knowledge or lack of experience but the dev team was way to optimistic and open-hearted to begin with. But i saw the same thing with CoH and it did very well despite the rocky start.

You sound mad that I'm having WONG-BAD fun. That just makes it all the more fun for me.

If MWO is still in alpha, WT has already made it into beta.

Still would love to play the game but not as often anymore due to the fact that not much content came along lately and that the sole purpose was to master the pheonix package. After that was done...what else is there to do and why?

So i decided to take a break except for regular trainings within our unit.
I went for Rome 2 at first...that worked well...NOT!
Waiting for patches to that game i decided to give X-Rebirth a try. HOLY F***!! What is happening out there?

We are just cheap betatesters for games now? Try to enjoy a game on release date? Well you are an ***** sir.
Even Batman Arkham Origins had a gamebreaking bug at the beginning of the game that forced some to just wait until they patched it.

There is seriously something going wrong and I believe the publishers don't take their customers seriously anymore. Some of them need to fall...and maybe realise that this can backfire bigtime.

I love Mechwarrior, hell even MWO, the developers who are devoted and I know there have been some issues BUT. Please give your community something to work with. I fear that when UI 2.0 launches and CW and mostly everything they had planned comes with a big bang...no one will hear it because it is so far away and it is harder to get a customer back once he left than keeping them overtime.

Not really Vass, if your idea of fun is to pelvic thrust the red button just for the heck of it... Knock your self out. I was more curious about people who a bitter and violated but stay any way. I would like to know why.

But if you are getting enjoyment out of what you do... Fine.. I guess. I am not one to judge.

i think elo pairings are a function of what time/region.
I can see it being a big problem for some, for me. I see endless variety in pilots. EST 10pm plus.

Its a multi faceted issue like many things in mwo.

I think the combat is great and varried . I like the maps better n better. An intelligent CW that works together with the community and it will be a fantastic game.
my 2 cents.
Lets hope that CW is orders of magnitude more complex than the {Scrap} they used to call tournaments.
Lack of tourneys is quite lame , now that i think about it.
Thats that pgi touch so many find creepy

Schadenfreude. That's why.
If you knew as much about the game and its community as I do, you'd either join me in it, or cry.

I guess I should have added the qualifier "male Swedes"... As you've clearly exposed a failure in my generalization!. ;)

(No offense to Swedes... I love your meatballs.) and unabashedly... your women folk.

Angry Birds is the most played game in the world FYI.
You can compare LoL to DoTa 2 and it's entire genre in regards to gameplay mechanics.
F2P gameplay may not be comparable in regards to MW:o, but it's F2P business model can be.

Elo works about as good as hit detection on a spider.
The other day I had to fight an 8 man 'HARDCORPS" sync drop 4 matches in a row after the 5th time I just gave up.
I just wish I could make private lobbies and have fun with my friends.

well, i took a long brake from the game, partially because i didn't have that much time and partially because it became ultra boring and partially because i am one of those so called whiners who are dissapointed by PGI and the progress since closed beta.

So... i wanted t o play a few matches yesterday and today, but the game keeps crashing after 1 minute or so into a match, so i am allready pissed off again...

After the second time you should have gone to the fridge and got a snack/drink. thus breaking the rhythm that had you dropping with that 8 man.

But searches take a couple minutes each nowadays, so you still end up dropping with the same people even if you take the time to fiddle in the mechlab or something...
