I'm just gonna be waiting for the cries to nerf clan mechs... Uller A Config comes with a Guass and 2 ERML... The Raven 4X ran a Guass and 2SL in Closed Beta (gets engine HS nerf). Looking at clan tech it's all long range engagements, the IS are prime brawlers, but this game emphasizes long range combat... what will win?!

really loved the battletech franchise.. but really disappointed for the rights to be given to a bunch of DAS@#!. really greedy move, i cant think of another game charging $500 for a skin. if i know better they are money grabbing before closing the firm and running off with the cash. have spent around $100 which would have gotten me a collectors edition of any other game. and all i still see is 2 game modes 12vs12. the original batteltech rpg crescent hawks inception and mechwarrior 1 puts this game to shame with its gameplay and replayability.. so lame and so dissappointed with how this turned out.

Somehow I feel like the MW/BT community is a little more dedicated and intelligent than the CoD community, or at least the newer CoD games post-Modern Warfare (the first one).

I would expect similar. However, it surprises me that they wouldn't release the Timberwolf with the start of the Clan invasion. It's kinda THE MECH.

If they do release the Dire Wolf first I'm not gonna pay a cent and I'm gonna rock that thing all day, my army of medium mechs in my bay be damned.

LOL, it doesn't bother me per se, I find it humorous and agree with 99% of it (the VoIP I could care less about).
I think you'd be better served using it as a sig and posting AROUND the forums until if/when it gets redacted (still many unflattering sigs out there) so, who knows.

Just posting it again and again does two things...

1.) It makes you shrill because you're not really doing anything but regurgitating the same thing over and over.
2.) Increasing the likelihood that it'll get deleted because it's just spam, nullifying your purpose in the first place.

The problem is guys, the reason I have so much fun mocking you, isn't because I'm White Knighting, its because you become so ABSURD in your nerdrage, you aren't contributing anything other than noise. And noise just gets toned out.

Like Victor and his 100 posts in this thread, did he say anything that he didn't already say in the first 10 posts, other than some ad hominem towards those who disagreed with him. Nope. He just kept soldiering on, proudly displaying his neckbeard.

The reason why you guys feel that PGI doesn't listen to you is because you're not saying anything for them to listen to, you just press the CAPS LOCK and mash the keyboard over and over, or, in this case, recycle a picture over and over.

Those of you who have made good points in this thread I've agreed with. I'm not for this package, I'm not against it. I couldn't care less. But as usual, y'all give me so much food for my inner troll, I just can't help myself
