I believe Dino is talking about the rebalance.

phase one that will be tested is actually removing all weapon quirks, and only working on utility quirks.

Phase two will actually include working on weapon quirks.

I think the main confusion happening is that people think once phase 1 is done, it will go live, which considering how the testing is set up, doesn't seem like the likely scenario, in my opinion.

Yes, this was how I understood it too. Unfortunately I didn't get to participate in the public test because they took it down before the double XP weekend was over . I had the PTS client downloaded and patched and everything and got on when the weekend was over to check it out and it was shutdown

Nice work. Going by the TT-Sheet the Wasp does not seem as as fragile as I had in mind. In my memory about the TT I got one-hitted in these things whenever I used one. I liked the Locust better, ever after </p>

If they do a proper job rebalancing, the LCT-1E will have to be supernerfed. Otherwise, it will continue to be flat out unfair to some people

Ahhhh,i remember my last stance in this thread,talking about my first light mech to bought. Im still mastering the Locust-1V with 4 machine guns. I remember that this mech is a internal components shredder. But i not remember to beign a mech killer After some months i return to game and i will play again the Locust 1V,i need some tips...

TlxB, with this setup I would suggest, to mostly scout in the beginning. Help your lances to get LRM-Locks and if you get seen, lure the enemy to them. Destroy the enemies innards when the LRMs have done their work, or they are focused on your whales. In the latter half of the game you can get more aggressive.

1100 DMG? I'm still trying to beat the 1000 with my PB, the closest I ever got was something like 900. I hope to never be on your opponents' side
