This forced 3/3/3/3 is NOT in the spirit of Battletech and I personally do not want it.
Of course, if this game had better scouting and role warfare, you could get better info faster on the enemy composition and what to do about it... and yet, we still don't even have markers on the map to tell us which side we start on while waiting for a match to being... *sigh*
I like this game, but come on... breaking the match-maker completely twice in a month, more and more bugs creeping back in (disconnects no longer count as dead, the "Ready" button no longer displays correctly when pressed), and lazily added features (turning off film grain and cockpit glass by mucking with config files vs. using in-game options), and it seems we've done nothing but slide backwards for several months now. It is depressing.
