How about for the time I'm just not playing while I wait for you to hotfix it BECAUSE IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET INTO A MATCH?

The reality is that the match making system in this game sucks (and it doesn't make sense). You don't show up on a planet by blind luck - you know where you are going and configure your mech for the work you need to do... or pick your best mech for the job.
But asking for more isn't what I'm here for - I just want what was working when I started playing the game and before I sank $100 into it.

- The time and date of matchmaking (Please provide EDT, PDT or UTC values)
Began searching: 16:02 PM EDT
Connected to match: 16:20 PM EDT
- The weight class desired.
- Whether or not you were solo or in a group, and if a group, of what size and composition.
- The time taken to find a match.

Just put a class limit of like 6 for each class so a team doesn't drop with 10 assaults.

We are going to see how this works out, there remains a strong possibility we will have to further increase this maximum or altogether shut off the class limits and revert back to group limits in the interim, so please stay tuned here. Works ALOT better for me after you did this and i chose all three gamemodes (even if i hate assault). Waiting times went down from like 10 minutes to 2-3 minutes

(The way it's working now, Group 1 brings 3 assaults and a light. Group 2 brings 3 heavies and a light. Group 3 is left to be made of 1 light pilot....and 3 mediums that don't exist.)

Canceled most drop attempts after 1 minute of no activity. (more than one minute is too long)
Managed one medium match and one heavy. No joy on Assaults, even waiting longer than 5 min.

I just waited FIFTY minutes before cancelling my search on a medium.
