Looking at the original art, the
Bandersnatch does have
Marauder-style arms.
And, to be fair, what it actually says is, "Bander considered the
Marauder's chassis the most distinctive of all 'Mechs, and so he designed and built his 'Mech with a similar profile and style."
In other words, the
Bandersnatch is only supposed to (kinda-sorta) look like it was inspired by the
Marauder, but without (necessarily) actually using any
Marauder parts...?
As for the
Falconer... if one squints really hard while looking at the original art, the front part of the
Falconer's torso kinda-sorta looks like the upper part of the
Orion's torso (especially at the shoulders)?
(Also, while it's not really reflected in the art for both 'Mechs, I could see it being the case that the
Falconer and the
Orion might share the same legs...?
