How is the supernova supposed to use umpteen energy weapons if it can't carry more heatsinks than a normal Nova?

It should be able to carry a few more from the 3 engine heat sinks in an XL325.

Marauder IIC > Supernova, just saying this now.

Ultimately really disappointed they are still trying to sell us worthless or homogeneous variants just to milk as much money even if it won't actually benefit the game.

I hope they make up some variants for this one, cause otherwise it's lasers, lasers and more lasers. Except the variant with tech we don't have (ATM's).

Wow... a Supernova can carry maybe 10% more heatsinks than a 50 ton Nova. Totes worth it.

Yeah, its going to come with the Highlander/Mauler-esque engine cap of 325, it won't be able to compete with the MAD-IIC unless it has super ballistic hardpoints (four spreadout between at least 2 components), in which case it wouldn't be able to compete with the Kodiak.

I think the Kingfisher or Turkina would have been more interesting... Posted Image

Yeah, at 63 kph too.... well maybe it can do some ballistic shenanigans with the made up variants.

Hell no. Supernova is going to be too slow (63 kph with max engine). MAD-IIC will be better fo sho.

Here is a breakdown of the variants:
4 are energy only with 7-8 hardpoints in various locations
1 is half missile half energy with 4 of each (think HGN-IIC-A with an extra missile hardpoint and not awkward hardpoint locations)
1 (the hero) has 3 torso energy, 3 torso missiles, and a ballistic in each arm, making it better than the HGN-IIC-C, could've been better than the MAD-IIC hero if it didn't have the super low engine cap.

No, strictly because the Mad IIC will go faster and won't be stuck at lowlander speed. The hitboxes I imagine will be about on par with each other.
