a note on the Annihilator. the -1P and Mean Baby both come with 300 rated engines, and their Max cap does not increase beyond this. Is this intentional or a misprint?

Some mechs I would love to see are ............ Incubus_(Vixen).

Some Incubus variants have advanced weapons (micro pulse, light MGs, ATMs) and if
they have to sell 5 variants they had to wait until now.

For me, only the Anihilator is a must have. A 100 ton assault with lots of ballistics with a C-bill boost. That is exactly what I wanted. I am worried about that engine. Can this thing be made to do at least 48 kph? If not, it will not be as cool as I imagine.

yes, you can equip a 300 engine which will get it going 48.6 kph (pre speed tweak).

Annihilator's max engine rating is 300; with a light / XL engine it gets 48 Speed - like Dwolfs

Well I would have bought all four mech packs, but with no banked 30 day Premium Time in the basic mech packs.... PGI will only get $20 instead of $75 plus the $15 to $30 extra for heros I might like. Great job on the marketing plan well done

Thank you Cougurt and Anavel Gato2! That pretty much seals the deal. The only question remaining is, do I want the hero add on for another $15? That's a cheap price for an assault hero.

Well, the Cougar is a Falcon mech and I do not have any lights yet, so.... maybe.

I'd say go for it. might seem "slow" for a light, but you gotta realize that little guy is also incredibly tanky and punches well above its weight, being able to outgun some IS Heavies.

little guy's gonna be a nasty opponent on Recons.

Do we know for certain that if you buy the standards and then upgrade bit by bit you'll get the joint rewards for the ultimates? Was wondering about getting all 4 packs but with two weeks holiday overseas coming up at the end of the month $260 is not a good idea... whereas spreading it over 3 months is much more palatable.

Yeah, seriously, why no premium time with these packs?
Every other pack has it.

With light or XL engine, still slow like a Dwolf - i prefere Kodiaks for speed.
If that engine rating will not be changed, patience: not taken.

It's slower then the DW, but heavier armoured.
It's intended as the big brother to the Urbie.
A city defender or Last Stand mech.

Actually, with a 300, it's the exact same speed as the Dire Wolf.

Also... it's not the big brother of the Urbie. The big brother of the Urbie is another Wolf's Dragoons Mech, the Imp: http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Imp

Is there any reason to get the Mad Cat II over the Mad IIc?
