I strongly disagree with this out come the mech's them self are over 3 million per Mech and for players/streamers of this game work hard to get as much as we can. to promote this game.

I been working hard to get where i am like the rest of the Mech pilots who are still new to the game and where MC is so hard to come by as it is. I been lucky to win MC from events of the Christmas events and giveaways to get Mech bays and now working hard to full fill them with mechs so in total i spend c-bills i would save for the Mech i really want to get.

But in order to get Items that are only hidden behind MC via buy the Mech i dont have or choose not to buy is a royal pain in the A** if you ask me talking of which the Loot create system is also hidden behind this system too so get things that the DEV's made is a ROYAL BONUS for us players who cant buy MC is great but only to give them 1 million C-bill is a bit of a kick in the N**S if you ask me.

Today alone i spent 20 million plus in C-bills in order to get the events done and to get these items which normally hidden behind a pay wall. Yes i choose to do for this items.

I hear the Loot create systems is getting changed by word of casters who i watch like father bill/Baradul but yet i seen no mention of this i alone have near on 100 of these items which i can not open.

I under stand the the game needs to make money to keep carrying and i happy that things like new Mechs skins and such is a good way to do this and i support this 100%.

I would love to buy all that the Game has to offer but due to Real life and all i cant but how ever i try and show my support for the game by streaming this game i come to love and enjoy and its community that have helped me and still helping me become a even better Mech polite in game and on there own streams.

Don't spend the c bills if you don't want the mech regardless of your self inflicted streaming conditions.

If you want to open crates just spend the mc earned in events rather than buy hero or mech bays with them or sell them for 50k each OR hold them in the hope the sys will change.

But don't expect these guys to cater to every tom **** and harry that just happens to have a twitch stream, they're a dime a dozen, about 3 or 4 a match so nothing special, right.

I mean, they actually have the ability to take it back. Most retail stores would do the same, but it's not feasible to do so.

Also, those retailers aren't giving you THINGS YOU LITERALLY PAY MONEY FOR FOR FREE.

No we knew it was an error, but I go shopping at my local vegetable shop, 250g punnet of raspberries, they ahve accidentally marked it as $4.99 per kilo instead of 4.99 per punnet, so I grab 4 punnets , and get them for $4.99 and let them know they made a pricing error they should probably fix it before someone buys the lot to resell them.

Did exactly the same thing here, but now pgi is taking the raspberries back when there in my stomach.

I can confirm that they took 90 warhorns out of my account and, in turn, received an account injection of 1M CbIllz.

The only reason I bought and played the "Cute-Fox" was for the 100 warhorns - so yea, I feel tricked by PGI. BTW, I used the last of my 100 mechbays for this cutey.

PGI should man up on their mistakes - it's not like all of their 53,232 pilots of their player-base got 100 warhorns each.

In other news, I am looking forward for the roadmap announcements! \m/

I would have never bought them anyway. Not going to pay $4 for one horn for one mech.
They are not worth it to me at that point. I might buy a 10 pack for $4, but not one.

Anyway, kinda BS, but I wont lose sleep over it.

Well within their rights to take back 99, and they took back 90. Most people will only get 1.

$40 of free items is still a pretty good payout for playing a game for 1 hour... probably more than most people who are complaining actually get paid at work. But yeah... they should totally let you keep $400 worth of stuff when they OBVIOUSLY meant to give you $4. Hell, $4 of free stuff for playing a game for 1 hour is still pretty good! And you got $40 worth, and the consolation c-bills to boot!

Do you want someone to lose a job over this? Because losing that much money might just do it... hell, the $40 is going to be bad enough.

Wait, so because I was excited and spent my in game time fitting all 100 warhorns to my mechs, I get to keep the warhorns till the next patch, at which point you will remove 90 of the 100. Then, I will have to go through all my mechs again and figure out which mechs have warhorns and which don't, which will piss me off again a month from now.

So, I'll be pissed now because PGI doesn't understand good faith customer service (it doesn't cost you anything to just leave the warhorns), AND I'll be pissed in a month/few weeks when I will have to go through each mech again and figure out which mechs have warhorns and which don't because there is no easy way to figure it out without going into the cockpit.

Seriously PGI, you are one of the worst customer service companies I've run into (and I am including companies like Rogers and Bell - yeah, I'm Canadian too...). Ticking off customers twice for a mistake you made that doesn't cost you any real money is just bad customer service. Stuff like this is why I always rethink spending money on this game.
