Yup, but on the other weapons, its equal to the damage it does when it hits...

The internal damage is the damage the ammo causes if it explodes as far as I understand it.

@Shok

Blark is right, the "Internal Damage" is the damage caused if the ammo explodes (at least how i interpret the data from the game.), it seams they did't change that after the patch.

You can see the damage caused per missile if you mouseover the (i) icon in the weapon damage column for lrm/srm...

But i think i will highlight the info that its ammo explode damage, not the damage it causes to your target.

+1 interwebs points for the speed and mousable tooltips. Hopefully your real life work is something "webby" or you have missed your calling.

Thank you for the tables. Im sure this is posted somewhere else and this might not even be the right place for this, but,

I would really like to see weapon ranges listed when I click on the weapon itself in the MechLab. Either in the Specifications or in the Weapons System column.

Also, I happen to have an OLD Battletech compendium (1994) LOL from when I played tabletop BT as a kid, and at that time there were 3 different ranges...short, med, and Long with separate modifiers for hitting. Are those in effect in this game?

Hi you find the ranges in my tables, in the ingame mechlab this infos are missing, but they promised they will be there someday.

About the ranges, in the game there are 3 different ranges:

* Min Range (not many weapons have it, if they do, you do little to none damage if you under that range)
* Long Range (Thats the optimal range the weapon is designed for. starting at the minrange up to that range the weapon does 100% damage if it hits)
* Max Range (if you over that range the weapon does 0 damage, but you also do reduced damage beginning at the optimal range to the max range - dont know the formular for that thought - )

According to the development staff "LRMs do 1.8 damage per missile, whether hitting internals or externals." Barring crits of course. Perhaps you can send them the actual location of where you are getting the 1.6 internal damage.

Anyway, thanks again for the easy to access charts!

I think there might be an misunderstanding here:
Lrm's of course always do 1.8 damage whether they hit the armor or internals (aka. component without armor).
The "internal" damage on the site indicates how much damage LRM ammo does to your own internals if it explodes.

Heh, well I knew what I meant, but a valid point about the dual use of internal there. I have updated my question/request with a clearer definition. I will post again when I have a clearer response.

Thanks!

currently the weapon health is always 10 or 15 or something  but i will add it, mainly because with the dec 4th patch they change the health of the gauss.

currently i don't know where to find the costs in the game data, i'm thinking about adding the costs manually, but i'm not sure if i really should do it.
