Will you continue blowing off ECM questions.
What is the Ratio of ECM posts to non-ECM posts in the forum?
What is next for Electronic Warfare? considering the last bit of EW gear nukes seme the reasonable next EW release.

During one of the summer direct chats with devs, Bryan talked about PGI staff number, and he mentioned something around 50, so my question is: how changed PGI stuff numbers since summer and how large PGI planning to grow in nearest future.

What's the difference between a newbie and a member? How does your status change?

My questions are money, grind, and role warfare related.
1) I am a poor student but I put some money($50) into MC mostly to support the development of MWO because I am psyched as **** for this game to come out in full, but the pricing on skins and mec seems high. I am afraid to spend any of my MC's because I am worried about only being able to afford a second mech for the cost of an entire normal game. Can you tell me anything to waylay my fear that my initial investment will be more like charity, or wasted? (Besides "just spend more money.") I feel like a one time, no-brainer, starter pack would be a good plan.(The ability to apply it to people who has already spent $$ would be nice.)
2) I bought a hero mech solely to try and help slow the grind for high end parts ( 40 games for a single XL engine, ouch) What are your thoughts on current pricing/c-bill acquisition rate? I know fixing or changing it would cause a slue of whining...don't worry about those people, they are loud but fickle.
3) Any chance for an auction house where I can sell my hard earned C-bills(or mechs or gear) to people for MC's?
4)It seems to me there is an incentive to play only Assault or light mechs if you like C-bills.(more damage/kills, spotting) Also LRMs are ridiculously good at racking up kill assists. As the game progresses I am worried about the game being flooded with only these two types, more then it already is (maybe that's my imagination but it seems 3/4 mechs are already these two types).
Some solutions I can think of are:
a) game types that only allow specific mech classes. i.e. Mediums and under division. No assault division. 2 of each.
b)Or a blanket -bill bonus for meds or heavies (like 10 or 20k should do it).
Thanks again, I ******* love this game so far. stoked to see what you do with it.

Game looks beautiful, nice work.
I like the change to heat build up. It was too easy to dismiss it in other games.
I don't know if the flamer is good, but its ******* sweet.
Hard points were a good call, both from a business and balance standpoint...but not being able to see where they are before you buy the mech feels a little shady. Especially since there is no take backsies.
I love TAG and the feeling of hitting an ECM atlas with it from around the corner of a building and watching the LRM's rain from the sky!
Game modes are simple but have kept me entertained for more hours then I'd like to think about.
Maps are varied, strategically interesting, and pretty. (Please tell me we get to destroy buildings and trees someday!)
Movement speed seems to have the feel of the board game. Love this.
Leg shots don't insta kill a mech, awesome. Leg damage instead of falling, good call.
Garth's replies are pretty funny.
Can't wait to start "Save the endangered urban mech" foundation.
