I took this picture today. Yes, this is real life image. It is pulled straight from my camera and the only editing done was resizing.

Take note of the 1000's of different colours in there! WOWIE! Real life is sure full or vibrancy and rainbows.

What I want is varation in maps.  Sure one can be winter and dull and overcast but the next one could be a tropical alien planet with extra saturated colors. And one city can be dull and old looking and the next bright and alive like the battle just came to a place that was at peace.

When I look out of my window right now, the grayness is quite depressing. Heavily overcast skies at 52° North in winter will do that to you. It can get so bad that I've occasionally seen street lamps lit at midday. Strangely, that still looks about the same as the brightest and sunniest map in MWO...

Brown and Grey filters are the future, it's how we'll all view the world in 3050.

I'm just happy we finally have a map without a thick layer of fog, shame we now have to use thermal anyway to spot ECM obscured mechs.

I was wondering if a dev has responded on this and whether they plan to actually improve the vibrancy and colours of the game? because at this rate even Hawken has more colour, and despite the VASTLY different gameplay, I just can't play a game that looks like **** has been smeared across my screen in order to make it "gritty and realistic".

Give me some COLOUR like the images posted.
