Add another to the ECM list. I really enjoyed the dynamics of the game before ECM, especially in 8v8. Now I just find the game repetitive and boring.

The grind stunk at that point, and most games involved playing with random idiots, friendly D/C's and no matchmaking.
Some of these problems have been fixed or changed, but I'm over endlessly testing an unfinished game where the pace of development is glacial.
Also, if you break the game down to it's very basics, it's still what it was when I started in July last year; TDM with a bunch of mechs.
I'm now playing DayZ, which is unpolished as heck, but the core gameplay is present and engaging. MWO is missing that with no CW, ladders and team structures/elements.

-lack of maps
-broken netcoding
-lack of things to works towards
sad thing is that i understand the problem that pgi is facing with being understaffed and working on a project like mwo. if they could open up a branch office in anther country and hire a bunch of programers, then we might see things move along alot faster. Till then things are going to keep going very slow.
Even if they let the players make the maps, submit them, and test them internaly, then put them out, we could have 2 to 6 new maps each month. and that alone could keep alot of players interested, even with all the bugs and problems.

I'd have to say that these are the major reasons, personally, why I'm not interested in playing:
1. Basic systems bugs and balance: Stuff has been buggy with netcode for far too long. There are oddities with different weapon load-outs that make them non-optimal (the PPC heat) and while most of these tweaks require a single value changing in the code to test it, none have been done for up to 2 months after it's been stated to be something they are looking into. There is really no reason for this. It's ridiculous that lowering a weapon's heat by 1, or 0.5 isn't done within two patches.
Summary: Really slow bug-fixes and development changes for balance.
2. Content: Past grinding up some C-Bills and unlocking a few chassis or modules with XP, there isn't really a reason to continue playing this game. Even teaming up (with some really cool folks, I might add) only goes so far. I do come from a bit more of an RPG background, so I fully note that "this might not be the game for me". It did sound promising when CW was being discussed.
3. Feedback: The pricing model for paint jobs (one application, RMT equivalent to $5) has had feedback with 20+ page threads, with many good suggestions for a pricing model (unlock palettes, buy camo patterns by mech, etc) which seems like it would be more fair and acceptable to the community. There have been several balancing threads which have gotten little response. Concerns on ECM (I don't have an issue with it, personally) go unanswered or untalked about for the past month or two. I agree developers should not be addressing every little whine post. Hopefully the new in-depth Q&A format will be more useful (actually answering questions instead of talking about random odd things, or one-liner "soon" responses). But even aside from this, the community needs some interaction, and the Community Manager isn't addressing the community well from what I have observed. Having worked on or observed many gaming projects in the past, this isn't really a good sign.
Summary: Feedback lacking from the devs on important issues with the game.

To those that find themselves playing less and less? Why do you think you are playing less then say a month or more ago?
ECM, ECM
and oh, ECM...
******* broken.
Everything else I could tolerate if ECM werent so ridiculously overpowered.

But I am not blind to its issues.
First off, there's no real sense of progression, anyone can use any mech. The only level up mechanic is in the use of different mech variants so you can unlock higher tier bonus' for the variants you want to use.
No real restrictions, nothing to work towards.
Every game plays out roughly the same, the seemingly small map sizes offer little tactical opportunities. It was always interesting playing the single player campaigns I found in Mechwarrior 3-4 cause you didn't just go out and within a short time duke it out with the enemy, you moved around the map and had different objectives.
It would be fun, imo, if the had larger maps, one team had to defend a facility, this facility had defenses, AI ground vehicle, troops, air units defending it, etc... a mobile repair base for both sides, the attacking side has assets it could use as well.
More strategy, less rock em sock em, more of a meta game.
If people want rock em sock em mech action that's where implementing Solaris or something could come in.
Some kind of progression, or something to work towards could be good as well.
I love the fact there's a mech game finally I can play, and I enjoy playing, its just there's not much to progress towards, you have access to pretty much everything, not much of a meta game.
A lack of a metagame plus various other issues is why I don't much play planetside 2 at all anymore also, mostly cause I remember what kind of metagame and progression system planetside 1 had.
This game is new, its still in beta.
But for the future longevity, people need a reason to play, beyond just going inside a mech they love and going to fight the same kind of fight, on the few maps there is.
Heres hoping PGI does something, soon.

2: No new decent content
3: Same maps over and over
4: No sign of Community Warfare (this is the main reason I got into this game, and im slowly losing interest)

-no community drop options
-Bugs, bugs, bugs. Been around for 6 months and no fix on the horizon.
There are better games to invest my time and money. Tried to be supportive over that last 6 months but feel used and abused by the devs. Being gouged for cash with almost no content. I show up for team training and RHoD matches. Occasionally other times. That is down from a couple hours every day.
The biggest reason that I play less? Because the situation is getting worse, not better. So why bother?

where's the big maps? where's the planetary league style metagame? if they were having trouble making them and stuff and told us that, i could live with it but they don't tell us ANYTHING. what needs to be done is skip the PR ******** and stony silence and just tell us "this is really ******* ****** us guys, sorry. give us another 3 months and we should have it sorted" and then ******* work on it man. seriously.

Elimination of the Scout role due to the ECM implementation
ECM should require a heatsink of its own - they generate heat too
lack of different maps
lack of knockdown
another teleporting/rubberbanding speedy light
Heat depletion does not seem adequate when me ch legs submerged in water ( just on river city and forest colony, not caustic for obvious reasons unless the liquid is ammonia)
No in-game VOIP required when there is ECM on the grid. ECM is primarily comms related, jamming radar is for another warspace altogether
No combined arms like MW:LL
Paint jobs do not really matter until alpha launch

I only log in to see if they have added CW.
I play a few matches every patch to see what they have done as I take beta testing semi seriously.
Then I have a good weep.

IMO the game has actually gotten better since closed beta, put the speed at which it has done so is excruciatingly slow.
Although I REALLY do enjoy the game I get bored quickly with no meta game, or more complex match types.
