Ich sage es mal auf deutsch:
Wir wollen unser Geld zurück!
We want out monexy back
We waited 6 days now, we lost a lot of premium time. It is enought(!) now!
Even if it is a Beta, you get money, and if not able to play, you don't get us what we payed for. So its time for a refund. Not only for the time, we got nerved, we want it for ALL the time since 5th of february. Itr's time to react, to do something, and to give us the time back. We waited long enoug!
You get money, and we do not get ANYTHING for our money.... Do we have to start it the hard way? You know the US-Judges better than me, but what you do right now is cheating for money!
We wan't our money back! If not.it's all a dizziness! It is enough, even on a beta. As long, you want to get money, it is a dizziness, if users who payed can't play. It's enough, i want my money back.
6 days ... what do you think? That we are stupid?
Sorry for my fellow countryman's creative phrasing. Not that mine is much better....
But if Charly Chaplin gets away with that sauerkraut-speech in "The Dictator" then we should be entitled to some "false friends" at least. (You know, words that sound about right to us while the actual meaning if way off...)
Barking aside he's got a point though when it comes to money and premium time.
Lately there seems to be quite an increase in game crashes and while I don't mind them as a freeloader in a Beta, once money changes hands a service has to be rendered according to the terms of the deal.
The terms are X-days of PREMIUM game time.
NOT X-days of PREMIUM crashes.
A gesture of good will, say a reset of the Premium time bought since last Patch starting next Patch sounds about adequate.
Otherwise we might be forced to send our secretary of state.
Never a good thing.
Maybe even our chancellor.
You don't want that.
Ask anyone in Europe.
You REALLY don't want that... ;-P
