They want a solution that also addresses other community wish list items. A wholistic approach. Again, a good thing right? It is an approach often called for in weapon balance.
So, I really think folks need to feed the good fire here instead of the flame war.

There is no scientific method employed by PGI. This is another outright lie from them for the fifteenth time in the last six months. They've repeatedly lied about what they are doing to their community, made totally false promises that were never lived up to, and constantly made the game worse in almost every way.
