I find the complaints about 91 clicks to skill up amusing. Exactly how many keystrokes and mouse clicks happen to play a game? Probably way more than 91. And how come that's not a problem?
Agreed. this hang up is a bit bizarre.
I understand being upset over not having the fast track to supa-mechtron ultra meta, but this complaint on clicking '91 times cracks me the hell up.
Christ on a pogo stick people, your upset on how to distribute 'percentages' , which is actually laughable in it's own right when you think about it, but I understand it is a system.
"Hey look guys, I added some percentages to my armor! It's now 2.5% tougher!
"Sure thing, Frank. Yo Bill, What the hell is that guy on? He's always droning on about making his mech more optimal via percentage sorcery. Me? I just changed the oil and buffed the plate armor, that seems to work just fine."
Many cry about having to re-level and change their mech. I look forward to it. I enjoy that aspect of the game, hell I probably spend more time in the mechlab tinkering than I do in game(which is plenty).
Funny thing is, I really do enjoy this game when it's firing on all cylinders, but part of the reason I haven't touched WH40K - and I'm a humongous 40k fan, is due in part to my experience here.
Also - Dawn of War 3, while pretty, well optimized and has it's moments, makes me very very sad. Single player campaign is bizarre. You play a different race each mission, so it's a global campaign instead of having a campaign for each race:-(
DAMN YOU SEGA FOR MAKING DOW3 AN ANIME MOBA!
